Pirate Stories
Last week we wrote some awesome pirate stories. Here are some of them.
Leon's Pirate Story
Once upon a time there was an adventurous and mean pirate. His name was Captain Cook. He lived in a good ship. But then half of the boat went into the water. Captain Cook was on the boat and he could fight well. Ohh! Ahh! There was a whale smacking the ship. If there was only one way to save my crew. I know I could put the life boat into the water. "Hey everyone, hold on tight" They were saved. So in the end they sailed to the island and they had a party. That was the end of that.
Lincoln's Pirate Story
Once upon a time there was a grumpy and evil pirate. His name was Jack Henderson. He lived in a brown ship. The men found the captain's lunch. He ate it. When the captain came back he said, "Where is my lunch?" He said to the crew, "Feed him to the sharks!" And he went away.
He shouted, "Please don't feed me to the sharks!"
The captain thought of it and said, "Yes".
And they lived happily ever after.
Joyee's Pirate Story
Once upon a time there was a smelly and mad pirate. His name was Smelly Corban. He lived in a treasure box. The captain fell into the sea. Then the shark ate him. The End.

Cross Country
We had a great morning running the Cross Country. Lots of Mums and Dads came to watch us.
We went up and down the hill. Around the trees. Between the goal posts. Zig Zagged around the cones.
Leaped over the river (skipping ropes) and across the stones (hoops). We ran the best we could.
